Cool Rider... Hot Sliders

GREASE IS STILL THE WORD!
Get your date night rolling with this dinner and movie!

Come on everybody gather round. We’re gonna show you how to knock ‘em down! When we’re on the ball, we’re number one… and we’re gonna show you how it’s done!

Let’s get this show on the road… We’re sliding into the new year with some Grease action — so you can score tonight. Check out what the Hunky Host has got in store for you, so you’ll be guaranteed to rock n roll!!

SteakHouse Sliders With Bacon
Ingredients
3 tablespoons grill seasoning
2 tablespoons finely chopped rosemary leaves
8 slices thick cut bacon
3 pounds ground sirloin
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves
24 mini burger rolls, such as small dinner rolls, split
2 cups baby arugula
6 plum tomatoes, trim top and bottom, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 small red onion, quartered lengthwise, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1/2 cup steak sauce (recommended: A1)
1/2 cup grainy mustard

Start off by taking that sizzlin’ bacon and arrange them on a slotted broiler pan and bake until crisp, about 12 minutes. Then cut each strip into thirds, (24 pieces). Set aside. If you’re feeling extra cool, do it on the grill for that extra smokin’ flavor.

You want a whole lot more than the boy next door -- you want hell on wheels!! So prep your meat!! First, fire up the grill to 400 degrees F. Then, season the ground sirloin with Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons grill seasoning and parsley. Add some garlic if you'd like. Grab a handful of the mixture, and roll into a delicate ball — flatten about halfway to form a patty. Do this for the whole batch.

Throw that hunking meat onto the grill. We're looking at about 12-15 minutes until firm... with a little pink in the center. (And no, we're not talking Pink Ladies!) While that's creating some heat, stroll back into the kitchen and prep the ah, how do you call it? Accoutrements – yeah, that's it.

Once you have everything sliced and prepped, and the patty's have rested for about 5 minutes, start building your dream man.. ahh... we mean machine...

Place burgers on mini roll bottoms and top with arugula, tomato, bacon, red onion. Mix steak sauce with mustard and dot on the bun tops, set in place.

You might fool around with everyone else, but you can't fool around with Mother Nature! This hot bunned slider is T-Bird, and Hunky Host approved! Mmmmm...

All right boys... and girls.... The Pink Ladies Pledge to act cool, to look cool and to be cool, till death do us part, Think Pink! And score tonight!

-Sky Blue Frosting
(we made ours with white frosting and blue food coloring drops)

This is easy so no need to bother the munchkins for help... but you might want to bring a little bit of the bad witch in you out to add some spice to this creation!

Mix your blue frosting. If the color is too green don't worry, they love that in the Emerald City. Spread that frosting on thick... Dont be shy ...Glenda might be a good witch but she likes her frosting!

Add some fluffy white clouds onto either end of the cupcake by spooning on some thick white frosting.

Bend a rainbow sour belt into an arch and carefully push the ends into the clouds.

Make sure not to spill water on them or they will melt away just like the wicked witch! Share these with local friends, or if the weather gets stormy... and a tornado lifts your house off the ground... there will surely be some fabulous people over the rainbow waiting to share something sweet with you!

The Devil Wears Nada!

Alright everyone, gird your loins! This is a 911 Fashion Emergency!! Is your skirt length out dated? Do you spell Gabbana wrong? Wear last year's couture? (so wrong) Eat cellulite laden chowder? Attend hideous skirt conventions? Then stop right now, back away from the cheese cube and come hang out with us for the night! Don't make us feed you to the models!

We're being devilish-ly handsome and whipping up some deviled eggs for this night's outing! And no, they are not fat free! But thankfully this hunk isn't scrutinizing sizes... rather designing magic in the kitchen.. and it's going to be diabolically delightful!

Classic Deviled Eggs With Sundried Tomatoes
6 Hard-Boiled Large Eggs
4 Ounces Sundried Tomatoes (packed in oil, drained and minced)

3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper (to taste)
1 Dash Lemon Juice
1 Dash Garlic

2 Tablespoons chopped Basil
2 Tablespoons Paprika (For Garnish)

Pastry Bag (For Filling)

We're doing this Dolce for you! Hard boil the eggs, blanche them in cold water and then shell. Halve the eggs lengthwise, spoon the yolks out into a bowl, and stir in the minced sundried tomatoes, the mayonnaise, the mustard, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Mix vigorously with a fork until smooth and creamy. Transfer the filling to a pastry bag.

Maneuver the filling to the bottom of the bag and cut a small portion of the tip off. Pipe the filling into the egg-white halves.

We are in desperate need of some Chanel! We have to head to the "Beauty Dept." and glamorize these chicks!

Garnish the stuffed eggs with chopped basil, and sprinkle liberally with paprika.

Arrange delicately on a platter. The recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Serve chilled or at room temperature – whenever the runway show is ready to begin.

Of course... there's always the Narciso Rodriguez, Manolo Blahnik or Nancy Gonzalez presentation. We bet your size 6 ass that this will knock those
Jimmy Choo's right off your feet!

Bien s'amuser!!!

Twilight With a Bloody Twist

Team Edward? Team Jacob? We think after you drink these Bloody Mary’s you will be eternally Team Hunky Host!
Are you ready for a dark romance that seeps into your soul? Well this Hunk has the drama you've been aching for... Come sink your teeth into this love affair between spicy and hot, shy and timid, and oh so irresistible!

Get WHIPLASH with our Rogue Bloody Mary

Much like Bella and Edward's dangerous love, this recipe will be hard to resist . What goes better with a teenage romance (or helps you relive your own) than a wicked spirit with some BITE?

If you’re still buying bottled Bloody Mary mix, you’re not drinking real Blood...y Mary's! Whipping up your own Bloody takes less than ten minutes, and in the end, the payoff is worth it: A salty, spicy, irresistibly tangy concoction that will have you falling to your knees. Take it from this Hunk – it even knocked Edward down!

What You’ll Need to Get Bloody:

Bottle of Your Favorite Vodka – Chilled
1 28 oz Can Whole or Crushed Tomatoes

10 Tbsp Lemon Juice (about 4 to 5 lemons)

2-4 Tbsp Hot Horseradish

2 Tbsp Lime Juice (about 1 to 2 limes)

6 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce

1 tsp Celery Seed

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 Tbsp Cracked Black Peppercorn

For the garnish:

Celery Stalks Cut To Your Favorite Length

(Add Food Coloring To Your List For More Drama – Your Color Choice) For Best Color Results Leave In Water For 48 hrs

Lemon

Lime
Olives

Let's first start off by prepping the garnish. Trim the celery stalks to fit about 2-3 inches above the glasses you'll be serving in (size matters, after all). We're going to add some color to really invigorate this spirited relationship. Place a few drops of each food coloring into glasses of water.

Let the celery soak up the color – the longer it sits, the brighter the stalks and leaves will become. Set aside while you continue the recipe. For best color results prepare ahead, leave in water for 48 hrs.

Blend all the drink ingredients together until smooth and set it aside. Fill each glass with ice and set those aside as well. Pour about 1.5 oz of vodka (heck, add 2!) into a shaker with ice, and fill the shaker 3/4 of the way up with your zesty tomato mix. Shake away, making sure all that goodness mingles together and have a romance of their own!

Strain into your glass filled with ice. Carefully peel a lemon twist and hang it on the rim, add a squeeze of lime, a skewer of olives, and lastly add a colorful stalk or two of celery. Top off your bloody treat with a grind of pepper and enjoy the passion your taste buds are having and their desire for more!

Now curl up with your favorite vamp or wolf and sink your teeth into the romantic classic ... Twilight.
If you don’t love the movie don't worry, the drinks will be awesome and only your life is eternal not the movie!
